If the server is busy, the your system / browser will automatically retry once in every 60 seconds
Since many applicants are expected to throng the server during the initial stages,
the server is expected to be busy.

If the server is busy for several minutes / hours, please retry after a long gap or in the evenings
It is requested to avoid mobile phones (especially if the signal is weak)
